I have a Mark III disklavier. Is it possible to play back Pianosoft or home made floppy disks recorded on the Yamaha keyboard in a different voice? Like Vibraphone, or some other instrument? if so, how?

Tom, you'll find the technique on page 42 of the Mark III Series manual for Full-Function Models. The chapter is titled, "Chapter 8, Editing Tracks: Editing a Track’s Voice & Volume.
