If you can access the PRC-100
controller to verify the channel, you may be able to change the
channel on the PRC then have the piano ping looking to the
controller. There is usually a find mode for both ends.
There are free WiFi channel analyzers to check signal strength of
conflicting WiFis.
I use one offered by MetaGeek. It works good.

A neighbor's WiFi network is overlapping the Wifi channel
of the DK**** network that my piano is broadcasting for
the PRC-100 controller (which is currently channel 5).
