I'm trying to make some "realistic" brass patches.

I got a nice the attack portion ( a short noise burst into the 
oscillator).
Now for the vibrato, read somewhere that the most natural vibrato
lay in the 5-7Hz area.
But where on the frequency knob on the Q106 in low mode is 5-7Hz?
Anyone with a frequency counter??
