Pams Moog - the First Moog

2004-11-25 by Dana Countryman

Hey all,

A few years ago I used to publish a magazine:

...and we did an article on PAMS, the Dallas jingle house that did
all of those classic radio station ID jingles. I was surprised to
find out that they owned the very first Moog, according to Moog
sales records:

Anyway, in looking through my files, I found a photo of their Moog:

It didn't have many modules:
1 ea. Moog 901A
3 ea. Moog 901B
1 ea. Moog 904A
1 ea. 904B

It was purchased by Pams on 1/5/1967.

Thought you guys might be interested?

Happy Thanksgiving,

- Dana
