They are called "standoffs" and that's how I am
mounting my A156 Dual Quantizer also, but I have a
third board as well, which has the Cyndustries
converter powerboard which does all the work of making
the Doepfer connection to the .com seamless.

leaving the Doepfer module for the most part "intact."
