Seeing as to how I found the manufacturer of the Synthesizers.com
knobs, I will happily share that information with you.  The company is
Cosmo Corporation, located in Ohio, USA.  The knobs can be found at:

I believe that the 7602 is the correct knob.  I was looking for knobs
to use on the Milton that Peter Grenader is building for me. 
(Unfortunately they have nothing that looks similar but will fit with
the Milton spacing.)

Due to pricing and order minimums, this is a VERY good candidate for a
group buy.  I have had both e-mail and phone conversations with Cosmo
and they seem to be nice people.
