If you want to print fine details you should use a 300 mesh screen. I have been using standard water based acrylic inks, and they seem to be holding up fine, but with the fine mesh screens, you may have to thin it out a bit or it may clog the screen. If you do need to thin the ink, use an acrylic reducer, not water. I am currently moving away from painting/silkscreening my panels, I just finished setting up an anodizing station in my shop, and I'm looking for an engraving machine. My blacks are a bit darker than the dotcom black, but they match up pretty well with the 2 lonely MOTM modules in my system, I'll have to do some more experimenting with dyes and finishes.
