Dotcomformat

Hi.
I have got an Oakley phaser that I use with my Dotcom. As you know
this is MOTM-format. One technical question about power connection.

How do you prefer to connect MOTM modules to the Dotcom power supply?
I know about the QMPSA adapter, but I was wondering if this is an good
idea:
- remove one MTA156 from the cable harness
- attach one MTA100-connector that the MOTM-modules need.
- Just not attach the line that gives 5V; this is not needed for the
MOTM-modules.

What do you think? It would be simpler (and cheaper) than the
QMPSA-adapter.
