It's the Rebote 2.5 Delay from www.tonepad.com. But I don't know if the 
signal levels are compatible with DotCom because the circuit is 9V.

You could use the Imagine panel from the Suit & Tie Guy to build it in 
your cabinet. Total costs would be around $70
