Re: Anyone own a Cyndustries LPG in DotCom format... yet?

2009-05-14 by Cynthia

Hi Erik!

I'm sorry to have missed your recent emails, I've
delivered all but three Dotcom format Low Pass
Gates so far, and ran short of parts and kind of
lost track of what was missing as they all sold
out so very quickly that I didn't really see it
coming at me so fast, (not that I complaining :)

I must admit that I've been swamped with an
extremely ambitious circuit board layout that
took me an intense (24) days. (I expected it
to take about twenty-four hours - not twenty
-four days!) I lost track of everything while
designing the circuit board and apologize for
 the unexpected delay.

As the community knows, I do get behind with
back orders from time to time, sort of a
yin and yang thing and then we go gonzo and
ship things like mad all of a sudden.

If anyone needs to get a hold of me you can
contact me at (310) 573-1936

Thanks for your support everybody, and
hope you have much happy bleeping!

I followed Cynthia's instructions. Still no word. I emailed her, and again, silence. I've been on the mailing list for a long time, so I'm quite used to the complaints. Some 2 months out, I'm not worried yet. When I hear stories of 1-3 years, and still no module, I can understand the frustration. But I'm not there yet, and hoping that Cynthia comes through. I guess I should send her another email soon.

To her credit she does respond and I'm certain I'll eventually get one but my question is to discern whether I'm alone on this delivery problem or not. Is this normal? Should I chill?
