Dotcomformat

Dose anyone have problems with MIDI sync I use a MOTM MTP for all my MIDI needs, as of late the tempo seems to be all over the map.  I have to differnt workstations with two seprate MOTU MTPs the same isse on both.  
 
Dose anyone else ever have this problem?
