I should probably apologize, didn’t really intend to come across all nitpicky. It’s just… the number of times I’ve worked on a project only to discover massive inconsistencies in the project owners expectations due to a complete lack of understanding testing methodologies… Let’s just say I’ve developed my own specialized OCD about all things QA related, and that’s not even talking about the companies that pretend to follow ISO standards.

No appology necessary.  I take things in stride and you actually woke me up a bit regarding managing not only testers expectations, but my own as well.

I won't get into any ISO formal stuff, I just called it BETA because the it wasn't quite ALPHA either. :-)
