So I take it that folks buy blank panels to build a working module
in... or do you mainly use them to cover a hole until you're ready for
a new module and you can make the switch when your wife won't notice ?

Has anyone build a colour organ in the vast array of blank panels, or
do you dig it dark?

:) Just poking fun, in all seriousness his modules are very nice - Mr. Suit and Tie guy...
I have one of the lovely Post-Lawsuite Lowpass Filters (not a clone of the ARP 4072 submodule) from STG.

But really, are you all using the blanks for filling the gaps or for rolling your own modules? I'm guessing a bit of both?

I'm a newbie in the module world and I'm trying to absorb the information from all you guru's. I've just started a unit based around the synthesizers.com & synthesis technology MOTM units. I've only just begun (cue music)... and have settled in on a QPS1 with the Q137 Power Control & Interface Module, a few synthesizers.com rack rails.

I've also purchased the MOTM-990 adapter board, a set of rack rails, and have ordered parts for two MOTM-120's the sub-octave multiplexer's. I've got an dual MS-20 filter on order that is being made by megaohm1 in MOTM format.

My initial idea is to set up a nice rack of filters to process my other analogue and digital sound sources, but I'll likely get an oscillator or two in there as well, but they may come later.
