okay so right now i can tell you that the Eventide Eclipse has an  
algorithm, number 170: ModFreqShift, which is _two_ frequency  
shifters with an LFO and two envelope followers.

of course, there is also the modulation block outside of the  
algorithm itself, which features another LFO, another envelope  
follower, and an ADSR!

and also you can run two algorithms at once in your programme structure.

i'm having a hard time finding other in-production FX units that have  
frequency shifting, but quite frankly if you can afford a Bode clone  
of any kind, you can afford an Eclipse ... and every studio needs  
some digital effects. might as well make them _amazing_ digital effects.
