It's OK, but I think you can get better if you ONLY need those basses. Try a
Waldorf Pulse, Novation Super BassStation or Korg Prophecy... it'll cost as much
as the SIDStation and it'll be better for what you need. On the other hand, the
SIDStation will take you to places you only dreamed of... ;-)   The SIDStation can
do NEW things and that's something the other synths I mentioned, won't do.

Loooooooovely !!!!! This is one of the things why I love the SIDStation sooo much
! Forget about the filters in any other synth: the SIDStation beats them all
(well, the Access Virus' filters also sound delicious... ;-). If I remember
correctly, the SIDStation filters are real analogue and they sound soooo smooth !
I just made some new bass patches that sound verrrry warm and smooth...

Well, then the SIDStation might be the right thing for you. I'm not sure, but I
think the Super BassStation also has an audio in, and the Waldorf Pulse Plus also
has an external in.
