probably the cheapest one out there right now (or will be within the 
next
month or so) is the Alesis Photon 25.  they're listed at 139USD which is
I think around 1/2 of all of the other controllers listed so far 
(though all
those other controllers have other features which make them worth their
respective costs).  check it out:
