Yeh i was in gate mode in the midi map editor. But i found out something else. I really should update my manual more often. Heh! Inside the manual for OS1.10 i didn't find this info. I found out in manual 1.12 that in Song mode the MD recognizes MIDI pointer position. Still not really effiscient during composition as it's more esay to drag/drop the pattern on a screen than to go in the menus of the MD. Thanks for teh reply anyway!
