the sid ststion is not only monophonic, it's three voice poly/mono. also, i think someone said it had one midi channel...not true...it has 1-16. and although i think korg's ER-1 is the coolest drum machine to come out in a long time, for any price and any expercience level, i thing the EA-1 synth sounds like crap. get an older analogue mono synth like a roland sh-101, novation bass station, roland juno-60, a bunch of old korg stuff, ect. ect. peace, ksg _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com
