here's a funny behaviour i've witnessed in the monomachine -
maybe you can see it as well.

1. i load a superwave ensemble in track #5, and save
    3/4, +03, 6/5 for pitches 2, 3 and 4 in the machine

2. right now, this is being routed to outs CD.  i change it
    to EF, so i can route it through my fireworx.

3. when i change the output to EF, oscillators 2, 3 and 4
    all get turned off, turning my ensemble into a single
    pitch.  this is repeatable, it does it every time.

i'm using MnM OS 1.05.
