I have the MD, and the MnM. I picked up the MnM exactly one month ago, from this post, my 25 birth day. ^_^ If I had to pick one, to keep, or one to pick up first, it would be the MnM, HANDS DOWN! Reason being that I can use the drums on the MnM and the other synth engines to make a full track. It has a great user interface! The MnM does not give you a fraction of the controll over the drum sounds as the MD, but it is good enuff. Curently I dont have my studio setup, as I am in the middle of a move, and thuse I use the MnM exclusivly. I use 2-3 tracks devoted to drums, and the rest to what ever, and it sounds real good. Did I mention it is easy to program?!? *_* I'll have them both hooked up soon, and then I'll off load the drums to the MD, and faten up the synths, by cloning them to a track previously devoted to drums. -M --- In elektron-users@yahoogroups.com, Automatic Panic <thesoundzoneinfo@y...> wrote: > Well said Scott, the sequencer is awesome on the MnM. > John if I hadn't had enough money to get both the MnM > and the MD and knowing what do of them both now I > would have chose the MnM.
