I tried following their formula in Sonic Foundry, and actually found it
harder than I expected.  I've also had no luck in getting stomper to
produce such a kick.  Must be a matter of getting the pitch drops timed
right.  

But like I said, the kicks in their albums sound significantly better than
that sample (maybe just EQed to suit each song? But I think there's more
to it).. so check out those songs I was talking about.

Also, check out all their other percussion, because I wasn't just talking
about kicks!
