Elektron Musical Instruments

Hi all! Just joined today after winning a monomachine on ebay. Seems
like a cool unit. I 
have a question to all you elekron fanatics....are the machinedrum
and monomachine 
made to work with each other? Do they work together? I noticed the
mono is a beat box? 
Not a drum machine? I thought they had improved the drummachine into
the mono but 
guess it's a different machine entirely. Anyone have any input on
this? I just got a dr 880 drummachine as well, and was thinking of blending the two 
together? Real and not real. ? They should lock up somehow,? Will one run th other? Seems 
like it will lay down a good foundation. Thanks and happy
