You might lose track after some time with all those patterns and knobs and that can be really $%@##%^#. (I know :-( For now maybe you can do as me when working in the studio: Just play around with some patterns on MM and MD and record it. After that cut it into logical (Usable) pieces in Cubase, Logic, Ableton, etc.. And play with it rearranging again in a larger fashion and throw some vst's over it for accents, ambience, fx and maybe some extra beats. You'll get very organic tracks this way and practise Live sequencing at the same time. Ronald.
