Hi Everyone- Everything I've heard of Elektron's support is glowing with absolutely nothing bad to say about these guys. Has anyone experienced a case of poor support? My story (so far): I sent an email on Sunday night for a warranty repair, no response. Sent an email Tuesday night, reiterating my problem (the power is dead). No response. It is now Friday afternoon... So is the support group absolutely swamped? Am I being ignored? Any feedback would be appreciated. I don't mind being patient but I need some info to be patient with;) (plus, I'd really like to get my gear fixed as soon as possible: my drums, my precious MD, only purchased 3 months ago!).
