yes, I know of this problem too. It appeared to me first in OS 1.04.
There are several things which make this problem appear :
 - make patterns 2 or 4 measures long, it never appeared to me with 1
measure long patterns
 - use many parameter locks, the more, the faster the bug appears

It manifests in this way :
 - you still can see the note-events, the parameter locks, just
everything
 - the notes wont be played for this track in the pattern anymore
 - no way of clearing the notes, they just wont disappear

Clearing the track or pattern is the only way of making it work again.

Since Im playing live, with the MnM as the center of my live-setup,
this problem is a pain in the a***. My last gig was played with 1
measure patterns only, since this is the only way of avoiding this bug
which I know of.

It didnt disappeared with OS 1.05. The latest OS 1.05b has still to be
tested. But since this bug wasnt mentioned in the readme files, I have
no hope...

@Daniel:
Sorry, but this kind of gear is just too expensive to be instable like
this. The MIDI-Part of the MnM was rock solid over the early releases
of the firmware. But since 1.04 I have no confidence into this
machine. Im somewhat disappointed......
