I would suggest the UW if you can swing it.  you'll love it!  and  
it's best to just get it
now and get it over with so that you don't have to go through the  
pain of being apart
from your MD for a few weeks (if they don't discontinue the upgrade,

depends which one you need more, man.  if  you need drums then get  
the MD first.
otherwise go for the MnM.  they're both a LOT of fun and are  
incredibly good at
what they do.  which one you get first just depends upon what you  
need first.

eBay.  :-)  no, the price should be pretty much the same regardless  
of whether you
order direct or order from a retailer.  you'll probably only see at  
most a $50
difference between retailers.  and even on eBay, you'll likely only  
save yourself
$100 and you won't get the 10-day return policy or 1-year guarantee  
that comes
with a new unit.
