although it will use up the allotment of locks per pattern, when
sequencing with the CTR machine(s), use only parameter locks for a
cool, weird, temporary effect. temporary, to give the listener a taste
of the lunacy to come! mwoohaha! 

i guess if you wanted it to change over a longer period of time, do as
others have said, like reloading the kit.
