OK, thanks for the reality check. We have a good deal on shipping stuff _out_ in the world. But getting stuff in is expensive. Looks like its similar to what you needed to pay to get your stuff here. It's obvious we need to resolve the US service issue. I'm sincerely sorry about the high shipping cost you needed to pay. At least I promise we will give them the highest priority and attention.
