US service

2005-08-28 by daniel_elektron

OK, thanks for the reality check. We have a good deal on shipping
stuff _out_ in the world. But getting stuff in is expensive. Looks
like its similar to what you needed to pay to get your stuff here.

It's obvious we need to resolve the US service issue. Anyone who
happen to have any tip on west or east-coast techs that have resources
free to take on new assignments, feel free to send them to info@elektron

You US people who had to pay the excessive shipping fees this time,
let us know (support@elektron) if there is anything we can do for you
while we have the unit in our hands. I'm sincerely sorry about the
high shipping cost you needed to pay. At least I promise we will give
them the highest priority and attention.

Daniel, Elektron
