Elektron Musical Instruments

So I keep having a blast with my MD-UW. It's really on another new 
level soundwise, and I hardly ever used the internal synth engines 
again. So, and and I know I'll get flamed from all over the place, 
would there be a way to get an UW only OS as an option? I mean, with 
the possibilities opened with the UW engine I'd trade the synth engines 
for another 32 slots of ROM. Or maybe just taking the E12 samples out 
and using that space for more ROM slots. This is crazy I know but I'd 
love to get more sample slots even if that would mean ditching the 
other synth engines.

Another one regards the remote possibility of saving the RAM phrases 
samples to memory even if only having two slots. I knid of feel bad to 
leave the MD on overnight to keep an idea to the next day. I've noticed 
that the factory sounds are restored once you make a factory reset, so 
to my (low) understanding this must mean that they're stored  
somewhere. I think this is somewhat useless since you can load them 
again easily for yourself if you want. Wouldn't it be possible to use 
that space in memory to save the info in the RAM machines, even if this 
would be made through the setup menu or something? And what about using 
this space for more ROM precious Kbs/slots?

Another (and last) request would be to give us more ROM slots even if 
maintaining the 2Mb size limit. I have my 32 slotrs full with 43% free 
memory. More slots would definitely come handy since I don't use the 
RAM slots that often due to the limitations mentioned above.
