Hmm, that all sounds right on the Mono side.  I don't know anything  
about Cubase.  Is it possible you have your MIDI source to Omni in  
the Cubase record channels?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
