It's basically like a very modernized 909, you know. I think Elektron wants to make practical items too, not just weird. There's nothing wrong with taking the two very best sequencing methods and combining them. The FR revolution is just weird. I demoed one and it has such a huge footprint. Great sound, but you pick it up and think "where the hell am I supposed to put this thing". It's not rackmountable and takes up too much space on a desk. Randomizing function was fun, though.
