Elektron Musical Instruments

lol.. that's what i was thinking, but really i've thought about  
getting a low-spec laptop should i ever go back into the clubs again  
(about 99% unlikely).  Under Windows (and perhaps the new intel  
Macs??) Live is extremely forgiving as far as processor use goes.   
Unfortunately the only laptop I have right now is this Powerbook and  
you can bet it's not going anywhere near anywhere i've ever been on  
some saturday nights.  I'll never forget the morning of revelation  
when i had volunteered to take home some sub cabinets in my explorer  
the night before, but didn't do the smart thing and immediately  
remove them as far as possible from my vehicle upon arriving home.    
talk about the definition of "stank."
