As a matter of fact, I don't really get your 'bug'? I mean, when I try to make something similar with that exact patch, I get the same result. And it's fine the way it is! I don't really hear a bug. Maybe you mean that each of the basses are sounding slightly different, but that is what makes it a synth-generated bass and not a sampled one (which is always the same).
