sounds a bit like that the capaciators for the powersupply are to small in the MD.. this is no surprise becuase there is probably not much space...and high capacity micro caps are very expensiv... ...its however maybe an idea for a mod... As long there is still garanty i wont open my MD...but once its over i will check if this can be optimized.. i did it in the past with other machines..and its funny when they hold playing 1 or two seconds after you switched them off... had problems with a K2000 in the past that allways was loosing sample ram on stage because of little power drops that was totally ignored from a akai s1100... when the capaciators become so big that the machine keeps running for a second after being disconnected from the mains you are pretty safe... the usuall powerfluctuations on stage are much shorter... --- mp <list@...> schrieb: > Hello, > > I was recent played a gig with my MachineDrum and a > laptop, my > partner also had a laptop.
