Yeah, I got this too. I'm pretty sure it's the result of a new "note" cutting off the previous note's sample at a non-zero crossing point. Not much you can do about it except play with all of the notes lengths to make sure new notes don't cut off old ones. Too bad there's no way to automatically apply a 4-5ms fade in and out too all samples. At least fade out.
