Elektron Musical Instruments

I think at first many including myself get hung up on recording midi notes, data, etc....

After some time I find I record midi rarely (perhaps from its limitations) and spend way more time manipulating audio after the fact and concentrating on using the MDs internal sequencer/song mode to store my song data.
Relying on my DAW mostly for recording audio and machine control (for starts/stops etc...)
