To sync a SH-101 to MD

Is this possbile?

The SH-101 has no MIDI. But it has GATE OUT/In and CV out/IN.

Is it pssobile to use a sound from the MD to trigger the SH-101
through the CV IN?

Anyone has any experience with this?
