Yes, but now you're comparing your second hand MD with a new UW. Sell 
your MD and get a used UW, in Sweden at least, they sell for about 1100\ufffd.

Also, I don't think you have any right to be angry at anybody other than 
yourself for not getting the upgrade in time. It was clearly stated, 
from the beginning, that the number of upgrades would be limited. Also, 
Elektron is the only company I have ever seen that would offer a 
hardware upgrade when they release a new model, at a price so low they 
probably didn't make any profit on it. Do other synth manufacturers give 
you a upgrade option when they release the next generation hardware? No. 
Car manufacturers? No. Most other hardware manufacturers? No.
