The adaptor says 110v 60hz so it looks like I will just need to order a
separate adaptor from elektron.  Probably the safest way to go.

Well, I don't know, but in Europe, you will have 230V ac, so, depending
on the spec:s of the Elektron PSU, you will either need just a small
adapter plug that just changes the shape of physical pins to fit the
power outlet, or you will need a 230V to 110V converter.

What does the PSU say? Does it say something like 100V - 230V AC to 6V
ac (or whatever the MD runs on, but if I remember correctly it's 6V ac),
then you will be fine if you can just use an adapter to make the plug
fit the outlet. If it says 110V ac to 6V ac, you will need a transformer
as well.
