RE: [elektron] would it really be such a bother????

2007-05-29 by M-.-n

Happened to me yesterday again with the MD:

Was working on a kit sequencing from the outside. Save kit. Do a further
update, play for a few hours doing other stuff with the evolver. Fat finger
hits the "extended" knob and boom. All last edit from the kit wiped.

I already do make backup copies when i know I am going to be doing a
drastic
edit. the unit is very easy to fat finger though and delete a pattern when
you meant only to delete a track, or to delete when you meant paste and so
  forth.

  Its crap design.
