I have a few samples in the MD that could use a little
cleaning. Ideally, I'd like to ensure that I'll have no
artifacts in any of my samples in the future, so what would
be the best way to do so? Lower the volume and truncate any
fairly quiet bits in my 16+ bit samples? Dither my samples
to 12 bit and ensure that they're clean in that format
before loading them onto the MD? If so, what Windows app
would you recommend {no Mac here in Ireland, and not much
software on me, either}?
Cheers.
