yes it's like an analogue step sequencer thing .. but you sort of feed it
wave-sequences that play back one after the other. At a slow speed it's a
basic sequencer (weird!) .. at high speed its one crazy sound.

Hmm reminds me of tracker chip music techniques of using single looped
waveform samples as the basis for chip instruments (the fast loop creates
frequency).
