No, I had it sent via DHL but they let me use their account so it didn't cost me one cent. Amazingly nice but kinda normal I guess. Anyway, I was highly appreciative. As for them not answering, it's august, so they might take some holidays... I guess... I've had problem with a nanoloop and the guy was having some, so.... Be a little patient maybe... Hard ?
