Elektron Musical Instruments

Well, this is maybe a little off topic, but I already tried the 
MS2000 board with no success, and since there are some very capable 
sound programmers on this board, I'll post the same question here 
(plus that this might be of some interest to other people that do not 
yet have a machinedrum).

Here goes:

I need some advice on how to program some classic analogue 808-ish 
congas on an analogue(modelling) synth. The one I use is an MS2000.  
I would be grateful if someone could help me out, or even just give 
some generic advice/tips.
