Elektron Musical Instruments

This is my sad MD story - read it carefully before making an
investment decision: 

I received my MD on the 19th April and was pretty happy with it,
initially. After a few days I found that it crashed extraordinarily
often (sometimes more than once per hour even when I wasn´t even
using it actively). I contacted Elektron and they said I´d have to
send it back which I did on the 26th April.

- On the 29th, I received an eMail stating that my MD would be
"working flawlessly". 
- On the 08th May, I received an eMail stating that they discovered
the problem - it´s a heat issue that affects the current batch and
they´d hopefully be able to send me a new one on the 10th. 
- On the 15th May, I was told they´d return the repaired unit on
the 16th so I´d have it back on the 17th. 
- On the 23rd, I received an eMail stating that they´d ship me a
brand new unit on the 24th which I´d receive on the 27th. 

Now they have my money, they have my MD and they can´t even be
bothered to reply with more empty promises anymore. In a few days, I
will go through this issue with my lawyer.
