Well, sorry to bring another brick onto this wall, but the thing is 
my MD has got to this state where i can´t even use it ...

I don´t think it´s a warming up problem because it doesn´t even turn 
on on the first attempt, then, when it takes off (2nd attempt) it 
crashes when i press play,,,

Afterwards, if i don´t press play and simply press the sound pad 
buttons, it crashes as i play the 16th button ...

...::: weird :::...

Anyways, the midi upgrade was ok , and got the successful message, 
so i don´t know what has happened with my unit ,,, and i´d be glad 
to get it fixed ... 

I was getting ready to send it back to Sweden as i read this post, 
and after all these replies i don´t feel frightened, and i will send 
it, the problem is that i never EVER in my mind thought that a 1350 
Euro drum machine could be this unstable! 

My MD has reached a state of full breakness!

But now, what do you think of this, if i soft reset it, using the 
RESET mode, the MD gets alive again, the thing is that i loose 
everything i have done and worked on till this moment ...
I just did another reset at this moment and it is working fine.

I never had a reason to complain against this company´s support, and 
they are very nice and all, but they messed up this time.

I am waiting for them to tell me that they already have what it 
takes to fix my MD, and in that moment, i will send my MD to Sweden, 
till then, i´d rather prefer to keep reseting if you know what i 
mean... With all the problems it might have, and dispite the fact 
that it does not have a total filter cutoff, nor a solo button, i 
must agree with 99% of the users, best piece of drummachine ever to 
be built! central piece in my music, and very well thought indeed...

Go on MD users, lets just hope they can fix all our messed up MD´s 
okay ?
