RE: [elektron] OK... Analog is a tight discussion.

2002-09-30 by RENGA Moreno

Some tend to say that even the Andromeda isn't "Analog"...
An old friend of mine, Laurent B. who plays music since his 15 and now is
38, he only has Analog gears like:
Jupiter8
Synthex Elka
TRs
TBs
MS20
Moogs
...

He told me that modern Analog synths like the Andromeda or other will never
sound like the ones from the "old school"
Bcause not anymore based on chips like:
SSM
CURTIS
Z880
...
Mmmmhhh... This is tight discussion...
If i could afford Analog stuff... i would buy... but the new machines like
Q, NordLead2/3, Vruses, Supernovas allow much more possibilites and are
cheaper...
I am realy happy with my gears!!! My only "Analog" synth is The Waldorf
Pulse... (Yes i am a Waldorf Freak)
=; )
