Elektron Musical Instruments

What does the tool-box bit mean? Does that mean there will be building blocks for users to put together al a Modular?
Plus they "FX" seems to feature promiently does this mean it will have Stereo Inputs?

In any case it looks like its gonna hurt my wallet
