I guess it depends exactly what you want to do with
the program. If you want to sequence your MD and use
softsamplers, Logic Audio. If you want to use your mac
to play a live set, Abbleton Live. If you want a good,
portable interface, you can try digi design's M-box
(portable usb interface with 1/4" In/Outs, MIDI I/Os,
plus it comes with Pro-Tools LE, good for a lot of shit).
