Re: [elektron] Anyone into Amon Tobins music?

2003-04-15 by endlessnessisticman

I'm just discovering the e12 pssoblities. It's great for making synth
sounds too. EFM sounds like your usual techno sounds. I try to use a
little of all. I like the CB from efm, the hh from ?p?, bd from trx,
etc. I also like to use alot of lfos. That's what they are there for
right?

I did a little cool break beat track with the MD last night through a
timed lfo on the filter of my Virus. Sounded very early Funkstorung
to me. I'll get some things up somewhere real soon. I have to record
some old stuff I have on minidisc. Once I have a few tracks together.

I like to get a little 4/4 and breakz. But breaks are more fun.

I just started getting into using Kontakt so I'm going to get some
samples in my music soon. Gonna make some stories...
